We deliver worldwide and all our products are shipped from Sweden.
We are offering two ways of shipping method.
1. Free of charge shipping – standard postal service – non trackable.
2. UPS Standard/Expedited/Express (cheapest available service), trackable service. Shipments are sent to your delivery address, with an added fee (see at checkout).
Swedish customers: Card payment through Klarna with MasterCard, VISA, and American Express. Payment by direct bank debit or payment by Klarna invoice.
International customers: Card Payment with MasterCard, Eurocard, VISA or American Express via Payex.
We use 3D Secure, which makes card payments secure. Krusell cannot see your card information or in any way save it. All our transfers are running with encrypted connection.

Being a manufacturing company, who actually is producing our own products, puts us in a special position. It makes us special, since we’re the only phone case brand that owns its own factory. This advantage also comes with additional responsibility, we naturally need to take care of everybody involved in the process. To be able to do that in a proper way, we’ve made sure that we’re working in the right direction.
Since we started our factory more than ten years ago, we’ve been ISO-9001 certified, ISO-14001 certified and maybe most dear to us is our SA-8000 certification. Having this set up with clear goals on Corporate Social Responsibility has opened doors for us to be able to work with some amazing, and very responsible, companies. Krusells products has, for sure, the highest quality on the market. Of course we offer our customers lifetime warranty. The lifetime warranty is valid on all wallets, cases and covers. If your particular case is not available, i.e. if we do not have it in stock anymore, you will get to choose a suitable replacement of our universal cases instead.
